Returning Eligibility

Before initiating a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased within the last 30 days
  • The item is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged
  • All original packaging, accessories, and tags are included

We cannot accept returns for items that have been altered or modified in any way.

Initiating a Return

If you meet the returning eligibility criteria, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team via phone or email to inform them about your intention to return an item.
  2. Provide your order number, contact details, and a brief description of the reason for the return.
  3. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process accordingly and provide you with a return authorization number.
  4. Package the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
  5. Include the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
  6. Ship the package using a reputable and traceable carrier of your choice.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Refunds and Processing

Once we receive the returned item and it is inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer support team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Exceptions

Please note that certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These items include ammunition, firearms, and perishable goods. Additionally, customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer's defect.
