Your Responsibilities as an RSO

As a Full-Time Range Safety Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers at our shooting range. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting safety briefings and orientation sessions for customers
  • Monitoring and enforcing range safety rules and regulations
  • Supervising shooters and providing guidance on proper firearm handling
  • Responding promptly and effectively to any safety incidents or emergencies
  • Providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive shooting experience
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the range

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed as a Full-Time RSO at FT3 Tactical, we are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications:

  • Prior experience in range safety operations or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of firearms safety rules and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
  • Attention to detail and strong observational skills
  • Valid CPR and First Aid certifications
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
